Objectives
Narrative objectives1
In this study, a combination of (1) evidence-based short-time preventive exercise, (2) an educational program based on work analysis, and (3) work movement promotion based on nudge theory will be combined and the equipment used will be changed for the ground service department employees of ANA Kansai Airport Co. The objective is to help on-site personnel adopt preventive actions naturally in their daily work, thereby contributing to a reduction in the incidence of occupational accidents.

Grip strength (hand and finger strength), stand-up test (lower limb muscle strength), shoulder joint range of motion (shoulder raising movement), neck rotation angle, lumbar forward bending range of motion, balance ability (standing on one leg), physical fatigue, discomfort by body part, understanding and willingness to use educational videos, perception and behavior change of nudge intervention

Exercise program: (1) 3-minute stretching and dynamic exercises to prevent hand joint, neck and lower back disorders (2) Evidence-based exercise composition (3) Adapted content that can be implemented at the start of work or during breaks Education program: (1) Creation of educational videos based on work analysis (2) Videos will be viewed individually and in small groups using smartphones and tablets (2) Videos will be viewed individually and in small groups using smartphones and tablets : (1) Posters, floor displays, voice messages, etc. to promote awareness of the work environment

Key inclusion criteria
200 employees working for ANA Kansai Airport Co.
Key exclusion criteria
Exercise function-related tests will not be performed in patients with resting systolic blood pressure less than 70 mmHg or greater than 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg at rest.
Body composition measurement in body will not be performed in patients with a pacemaker.
