Changes in short step walking time under predicted and non predicted conditions 6 months after baseline

Key secondary outcomes

Short distance stepping speed at 12 months, Isokinetic knee extension, flexion strength, Squat, lunge lifting velocity measured, Body composition InBody770, Hip, knee, ankle ROM and flexibility tests SLR, Thomas, FFD, Sit to stand test and single, triple hop tests

Speed oriented training with squat, lunge at 30% 1RM, performed at 1.0 m/s with real time velocity feedback via VITRUVE.

Interventions/Control_2

Core stability training (plank, side plank, bridge, lunge, etc.) aimed at improving trunk endurance.

Key inclusion criteria

Male or female badminton athletes aged 16-30 years, At least 3 years of competitive experience, Written informed consent obtained (with parental consent for minors)

Key exclusion criteria

Current pain or numbness in limb joints, Neuromuscular disorders or severe medical conditions, Unable to complete required assessments during study period
