The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of temperature and humidity control during sleep on sleep restfulness.

2.Aged between 20 and 65 years
3.Persons who fall under either a) or b) below
a)Persons who use air conditioning while sleeping and meet any of the following criteria
a-1)Have experienced sleep disturbances due to cold or heat
a-2)Have the impression that cold or heat causes sleep disturbances
a-3)Have experienced sleep disturbances due to dryness or humidity
a-4)Have the impression that dryness or humidity causes sleep disturbances
b)Persons who have some sleep problems(PSQI score of 6 or higher)
4.Persons who have more than four hours of habitual sleep duration (time in bed) per day
1.Currently taking (regularly using) medications for any of the following or has a chronic illness or disease under treatment.
a)Cognitive dysfunction
b)Respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric disease
c)A sleep disorder
d)Heart disease
e)Pacemaker use
2.Engaged in shiftwork or keeps irregular hours (reversed sleep/wake cycle, etc.)
3.Prone to skin rashes (because the electrodes used for electrocardiography and simple electroencephalography are adhesive)
4.Participates in a competitive endurance sport such as distance running, swimming, or triathlon at an elite level (places high in competitions)
