Consume alcohol on average three or more times per week
Have consumed 60 grams or more of pure alcohol on at least one occasion during the past week
full-time daytime worker
Able to use the LINE messaging application

Key exclusion criteria

Intend to leave or change employment during the study period
Currently on a leave of absence
Pregnant or lactating
