The purpose of this study is to systematically review existing literature on the activities of Simulated Patients (SPs) in nursing education, with the aim of identifying their motivations for participation, the challenges they face, and the educational impacts of their involvement.

This study will be conducted using the following databases and search strategy. Screening and data extraction will be performed independently by two researchers, with supervision by a third researcher if necessary.
As this study is based solely on existing literature, it does not require approval from an institutional review board. All literature will be collected and analyzed appropriately in accordance with research ethics.
