Healthy male and female
Key exclusion criteria
1) Individuals with allergies or aversions to date fruits, azuki beans, or bean paste
2) Individuals with a history of diabetes
3) Individuals with fasting blood glucose levels of 126 mg/dL or higher
4) Individuals currently undergoing treatment for a medical condition and taking medication
5) Individuals regularly taking medications, specific health foods, or dietary supplements that may affect the test
6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women
