Results: Awareness of family care leave and workplace guidance was limited. The main barriers to taking leave were income loss and poor workplace support. Family care leave was used mainly for hospital visits. Participants requested financial support, simpler procedures, and greater workplace understanding. Free comments also emphasized the need for longer leave, income security, and more flexible leave systems.
