This collaborative study between Nihon Fukushi University and Midori no Kaze Minamichita Hospital aims to examine intra and interprofessional collaboration and contribute to the development of practical training tools Jointly conducted with the universitys Faculties of Nursing Psychiatric Nursing Health Sciences Occupational Therapy and Social Welfare interprofessional workshops will be held to enhance collaboration among healthcare staff The educational impact of these interventions will be evaluated and a collaborative care model will be proposed to improve service quality Researchers from Nihon Fukushi University lead the study with strong support from hospital staff facilitating robust data collection and analysis A medical error at the hospital in April 2024 suggested potential human error Contributing factors may include not only proced
