To evaluate the effectiveness of a wearable chair in reducing physical and mental strain on surgeons during laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.
Efficacy
The surgeon's mental strain during surgery, assessed using heart rate variability.
subjective sensations measured on a 10-cm visual analog scale (VAS), operative duration, intraoperative blood loss, size of mesh used for repair, length of postoperative hospital stay and incidence of complications up to one month.
