Population: Pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers (parents or guardians)
Concept: Difficulties in medication management (medication refusal, schedule management, adverse effect management, etc.) and their relationship with insufficient pharmacist counseling
Context: Medication support in pediatric cancer treatment, medication management at home (hospitals, pharmacies, etc.)
Key exclusion criteria
Research using languages other than Japanese or English.
Excluding review articles, commentaries, and conference proceedings.

I will conduct a literature search on challenges in medication management among pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers using Ichushi-Web, PubMed, and CENTRAL databases. Through systematic extraction and analysis of relevant studies, I aim to identify patterns, gaps, and emerging themes in the current evidence base. The findings will provide insights for future research directions, highlighting areas requiring further investigation to improve medication management practices for this vulnerable population.
