Device,equipment |
Intervention group performed supervised high-intensity interval training once a week for 12 weeks.
The control group will perform the same aerobic exercise as before.

Male and Female
1.Patients aged 70 years or older with coronary artery disease who are continuing outpatient cardiac rehabilitation during the maintenance phase.
2.Patients who have been performing the same aerobic exercise as before in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation for more than 3 months and whose peak VO2 was measured by CPET within the last month
3.Patients who have given verbal explanations using written explanations and obtained written consent

3.Patients with malignancy under treatment
4.Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
5.Patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis
6.Patients with pain appears in the hip , knee and ankle joints

8.Patients with when severe malnutrition disorders
9.Patients with those unable to perform the exercise as instructed due to poor comprehension
