To prospectively examine the chair time required to prescribe contact lenses for patients with normal contact lenses and high-added-value lenses (toric and multifocal contact lenses) prescriptions, and to examine the impact of contact lens type on chair time in terms of time efficiency.

Time required for the contact lens prescription
1. Time required from measurement by autorefractometer to interview and visual acuity measurement
2. Time required for lens explanation
3. Time required for test lens fitting
4. Time required for examiner to confirm fitting (can be omitted if not performed)
5. Time required to confirm visual acuity with contact lenses
6. Time required to confirm contact lens fitting by ophthalmologist through consultation
7. Prescription success rate
8. Subjective satisfaction (VAS scale)
9. Questionnaire survey (VFQ-25, J-CLDEQ8)

Male and Female
1. Those who requested a contact lens prescription
2. Those who chose regular contact lenses or value-added lenses (toric, multifocal contact lenses)
3. Those who requested a binocular contact lens prescription for refractive error
4. Corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or better
5. One Day Acuvue, One Day Acuvue Toric, or One Day Acuvue Multifocal (by J&J) were used.
1. Cases with organic eye disease (severe dry eye, ocular inflammatory disease, ocular infection, etc.)
2. Cases with a history of eye surgery
3. Cases deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator
