Evaluation of improvements in standing physical performance following two weeks of supine exercises

height, weight, GHQ-28 mental health questionnaire, exercise experience, grip strength, sitting trunk flexion, sit-ups, standing long jump, side-step, 50-m run, static and dynamic balance of upright standing (G-sensor, stabilometer, spinal mouse), elasticity (cutometer), respiratory function (spirometer)

Key inclusion criteria
Adult males aged 25 years or younger.
Key exclusion criteria
Participants lacking adequate decision-making ability will be excluded, as well as those who routinely engage in supine exercises.
