Key inclusion criteria

A. Women who experience premenstrual syndrome for at least 3 consecutive months
B. Women aged 17-25 years who are willing to be respondents
C. Women who have never been married and have never been pregnant

Key exclusion criteria

a. Women who are menstruating
b. Women who forget their menstrual date
c. Women who have been diagnosed with gynecological diseases (eg: uterine myoma, cysts, ovarian tumors, PCOS, hysterectomy, etc.)
