Malignancy
NO
1. To clarify the effect of the use of photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) (oral 5-ALA) in transurethral bladder surgery on the incidence of intra- and postoperative hypotension, compared with the non-PDD group.
2. To identify independent risk factors for the incidence of intra- and postoperative hypotension in the PDD group (patients who took 5-ALA orally).
Safety
Presence or absence of intraoperative hypotension (defined as systolic blood pressure of less than 80 mmHg or use of vasopressor agents)
Presence or absence of post-operative hypotension (defined as cases where hypotension persisted after the operation and it was necessary to continue infusion in the operating theatre, cases where the first systolic blood pressure after returning to the ward was less than 80 mmHg, or cases where continuous vasopressor administration was required after the operation)
Observational
| 18 | years-old | <= |
| Not applicable |
Male and Female
Patients who underwent TURBT or cystoscopic biopsy for bladder or urethral cancer between 01/01/2023 and 31/12/2024
1.In the case of the same patient undergoing multiple transurethral bladder surgeries with PDD during the research period, from the second time onwards
2.In the case of the same patient undergoing multiple transurethral bladder surgeries without PDD during the research period, from the second time onwards
