Interventions/Control_1
The study begins with the intake of a solution containing 75 g of glucose (225 mL glucose solution). Blood glucose levels are measured every 10 minutes for 120 minutes after glucose solution intake.
Condition1: Resting for 120 minutes.
Interventions/Control_2
Condition2: Pedaling exercise on a cycle ergometer at 60% VO2max for 20 minutes, starting 30 minutes after glucose solution intake.
Interventions/Control_3
Condition3: Squat exercise (10repetitions*10sets, including rest intervals, for approximately 20minutes), starting 30minutes after glucose solution intake.

Key inclusion criteria
The study subjects consist of approximately 12 healthy adults, including healthy university students.
Key exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria include individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or diabetes.
