Intervention of toe's finger exercise.
1.extention-flection toe's exercise of bilateral foot (20 times in each side).
2.towl-gather exercise of bilateral foot (20 times in each side).

Both self-exercises are carried out 2 times in a every week.

Key inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria is below.
1) The person who goes back and forth in the elderly care facility.
2) The person who accept to join the research by the oral and written.
3) The person who can exercise and measure the score of the toe's exercise.

Key exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria is below.
1) Research-unacceptable-person.
2) The person who has a trouble in toe's fingers and legs.
3) The person who has a trouble in keeping the stand or walk.
4) The person who can't exercise according to the order.
5) Nursing care required 4 or 5.
6) The person who has pain-trouble by the exercise.
7) High risk patients of heart disease.
