The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of study support centered on lifestyle and study habit improvement for first-year paramedical college students.
Efficacy
Academic performance: number of subjects failed in regular examinations in the first semester.
Demographic information: age, sex
Study habits: frequency of review, study time, type of study strategy, ingenuity of study strategy, class motivation
Lifestyle habits: sleep disruption, breakfast skipping, lack of exercise, smartphone usage time
Academic performance: number of subjects failed in classes in the first semester.

We will conduct a questionnaire survey and post posters related to the survey results to remind students to improve their lifestyle and study habits. Before the regular examinations of the first semester, we will hold a preparatory course for the examinations and provide advice on how to improve study and lifestyle habits.
