To determine the effects of brown adipose tissue activity on energy metabolism (energy expenditure, respiratory quotient, fat burning, carbohydrate burning, protein burning) and sleep architecture (sleep latency, REM sleep, non-REM sleep occurrence ratio, etc.).

Identify physiological parameters (blood metabolome, urine metabolome, serum free fatty acids, serum triglycerides, hormone secretion, sleep EEG, deep body temperature, autonomic nervous system, heart rate) that correlate with brown adipose tissue activity.
