The Attitude Related to Trauma-Informed Care (Japanese Version of ARTIC-10)
Evaluation timings: at the first survey(before the intervention), at the second survey(about one month after the first survey), and at the third survey(about three months after the first survey)

Resilience (Tachikawa Resilience Scale)
Self-compassion (Japanese version of a 12-item Self-Compassion Scale Short Form: SCS-J-SF)
Burnout (Japanese version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey)

The intervention consists of watching videos. The learning videos are composed of two parts: Part 1, "Understanding Trauma-Informed Care," and Part 2, "Practicing Trauma-Informed Care Perspectives." Each video has a duration of approximately 20 minutes.
