Assessment

Primary outcomes

The primary outcome measures, which include pain indicators (WOMAC, RDQ, VAS, and pain items from Locomo 25), will be compared between the intervention and control groups at 3 months post-intervention. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) will be used to adjust for baseline values and potential confounding factors, taking into account variables such as age and gender.

The control group will receive health-related lectures without practical exercises once or twice a month for three months. For ethical considerations, the control group will be offered the same program as the intervention group after the study period, but this data will not be included in the analysis
