This study aims to develop a questionnaire to assess the impact of dietary education activities at preschools and households on young children's eating habits and behaviors. The collected data will be used to analyze the relationship between these activities and children's dietary behaviors

1) Parents of children aged 2 to 12 years."
2)Children who attend or are enrolled in a cooperating institution.
Key exclusion criteria
1.Parents who are unable to complete the questionnaire.
2.Cases in which the principal investigator or co-investigators determine that participation in this study is not appropriate.
