A pilot study of the program will be conducted to determine the feasibility of the program for visiting nurses who are not position holders, have less than 6 years of home visiting nursing experience, and are currently responsible for responding to emergency telephone calls.

Key inclusion criteria

A Visiting Nurse who meets all of the following requirements shall be;
1. Not in a managerial or supervisory position at a visiting nurse station.
2. have less than 6 years of experience in visiting nurse.
3. currently in charge of responding to emergency telephone calls.

Key exclusion criteria

Exclude those that do not meet the inclusion criteria.
