The intervention lasted for 12 weeks with each session lasting for one hour. The intervention was delivered by therapists.

Key inclusion criteria

Being in an administrative capacity
Being identified by the dependent measures at baseline evaluation
Must be permanent staff of the government-owned school
Administrative staff of private schools
Must fill out a consent form showing readiness to participate

Key exclusion criteria

More than two administrators per school were not permitted to participate
Being actively involved in other psychological intervention
Being involved in other pharmaceutical treatment
Being under suspension due to administrative and leadership malpractice
Residing outside the study location
