To evaluate the effects of two weeks of seabuckthorn juice ingestion on physiological condition during exercise training period.
Efficacy
Subjective feeling of fatigue (visual analog scale)
Subjective feeling of muscle soreness (visual analog scale)
1. Vertical jump height
2. Interstitial glucose concentration
3. Serum myoglobin and creatine kinase concentrations
4. Serum d-ROMs and BAP (or serum SOD)

Consuming 30ml of seabuckthorn juice per day for 2 weeks.
Performing exercise on two consecutive days after the intake period
Consuming 30ml of placebo juice per day for two weeks.

1.Healthy adults men
2.who have the habit of engaging in aerobic exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week
3.Participants who agree to participate in this study with a written informed consent.
1.who have been diagnosed with a disease for which exercise is absolutely contraindicated
2.who have metabolic, respiratory, cardiovascular, or coagulation system diseases, or who are prohibited by a physician from high-intensity exercise
3.who are taking medication or supplements on a daily basis
4.who are allergic to milk, soy and orange
5.who have other difficulties in measurements
