Isolate lymphocyte components from cholangiolar epithelium and bile, perform flow cytometry, and analyze the composition of lymphocyte subsets, including regulatory T cells.

Analyze the lymphocyte subset composition of the cholangial mucosa and bile, particularly regulatory T cells, using flow cytometry, and calculate the diagnostic ability for the group with irAE cholangiitis.
