Narrative objectives1

We will isolate lymphocyte components from pancreatic tissue of patients scheduled for endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA), perform flow cytometry, and analyze the composition of lymphocyte subsets, including regulatory T cells.

Primary outcomes

We will analyze the lymphocyte subset composition, particularly regulatory T cells, in FNA samples using flow cytometry and calculate the diagnostic ability for the group with immune-related adverse event (irAE) pancreatitis.
