In this study, with the cooperation of Mito City, we will conduct a survey of all residents undergoing health checkups and cancer screenings. The survey will assess their knowledge about these examinations, reasons for participation or non-participation, and social background, aiming to identify the characteristics of both attendees and non-attendees.

Method:
A QR code linking to the web-based self-administered questionnaire will be included in the health checkup and cancer screening notification sent by Mito City. Target participants can scan the QR code with their smartphones to complete the survey. The survey's content will be explained at the beginning of the response screen, and by answering the survey, consent will be considered obtained.
Analysis:
Descriptive statistics will be performed to clarify the characteristics of the data. Additionally, multivariate analysis will be conducted to examine the relationship between social factors, health conditions, and the participation rate in health checkups and cancer screenings.
