Objectives

Narrative objectives1

There is a growing recognition of the significance of CMD in the etiology of chronic coronary syndrome. Although we performed the first international registry study on CMD, many issues remain to be elucidated, including the long-term prognosis, left ventricular functions, and useful biomarkers. In this study, we aim to establish the "International Association of Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction (Inter-CMD)" and collaborate with institutions worldwide to establish the evidence.
