Narrative objectives1
In type 1 diabetes, psychological stress related to complications and treatment is significant. Therefore, interventions that consider psychological stress are essential. To evaluate the effectiveness of such interventions, it is necessary to use a questionnaire with high reliability and validity. The "T1-Diabetes Distress Scale" (T1-DDS) is a scale specifically designed to assess the psychological stress of patients with type 1 diabetes. The purpose of this study is to examine the reliability and validity of the Japanese version of the T1-DDS.

Type 1 diabetes
Age 20 or older at the time of obtaining consent
Regular visits to a cooperating facility
Key exclusion criteria
Taking anti-dementia medication
Cases where the principal investigator or co-investigator determines that participation in this study is not appropriate
