The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of flyers designed using the Nudge method in promoting self-weighing behavior, based on the hypothesis that providing information on the usefulness of self-weighing in flyers would encourage self-weighing behavior.

Employees actually engaged in the survey field during the survey period.
Key exclusion criteria
Those who did not respond to the questionnaire survey, have submitted a written withdrawal of consent for research and involved in occupational health.
