The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal implementation and effectiveness of cold water immersion.

Cold water immersion conditions 1.
10 degrees - 2.5 minutes - immersion up to the height of the anterior superior iliac spine
Cold water immersion condition 2.
15 degrees - 11 minutes - immersion up to the height of the anterior superior iliac spine
Control group: No immersion in cold water

Male
(i) Those who have no obvious organic disease.
(ii) A member of a university athletic team and active as a player.
Participants who were unable to participate in all experimental conditions due to injury or poor health were excluded.
