Narrative objectives1

the effect of shoulder stability exercises with and without myofascial release on the pain characteristics of overhead athletes with shoulder impingement syndrome.

Primary outcomes

The results showed that six weeks of shoulder stabilization exercises with and without myofascial release had a significant effect on the internal and external rotation of the shoulder, reconstruction of the 45 and 90 degree shoulder angle, postural stability and the amount of shoulder pain in overhead athletes with impingement syndrome

LASP or other shoulder injuries except impingement. hook acromion shape
