Male and Female
(1) Individuals aged 40 to 74 years at the time of informed consent
(2) Who can participate in measurement sessions
(3) Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25.0 kg/m2 or higher
(4) Who can engage in continuous physical exercise (strength training, walking, etc.)
(5) Those who can understand the purpose and the contents of this study, and can agree with participation by letter.
(1) The presence of allergic response to test foods.
(2) Medication for hyper-lipidemia
(3) Taking visceral fat-reducing drugs
(4) Engaging in high-intensity exercise, such as resistance training, 3 days or more per week
(5) Participated in other clinical trials within three months
(6) Who are deemed ineligible to participate based on baseline blood test
(7) Pregnancy or beast-feeding.
(8) In addition, those who were judged inadequate by the principal investigator.
