Narrative objectives1
The purpose of this molecular epidemiology cohort study is to contribute to the maintenance and promotion of national health, in particular to elucidating the causes and nature of heart disease, and to generating evidence for prevention and treatment that takes into account environmental factors, constitutions, and their interactions, as well as disease characteristics.

Key inclusion criteria
1. Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration (regardless of gender)
2. Those who were hospitalized in the cardiology department of the medical institution where the study was conducted
3. Those who are using the National Health Insurance or the Medical Care System for the Elderly
Key exclusion criteria
Those who do not provide consent, either in person or through their legal representative, will be excluded from the study.
