Patients with surgically-altered anatomy who underwent endoscopic ultrasound guided biliary drainage or balloon endoscopy assisted ERCP for malignant biliary obstruction.
Key exclusion criteria
1) patients with benign biliary stricture
2) patients with Billroth-I reconstruction
