Age-lower limit

20 years-old <=

Age-upper limit

75 years-old >

Key inclusion criteria

1. 20 years old or over, under 75 years old
2. Breast cancer patients
3. Patients who will undergo or have already undergone a mastectomy
4. Patients who meet the criteria for DIEP flap
5. Patients whose doctors have determined, based on abdominal contrast CT, that the blood vessels within the muscles are simple in their course
6. Patients who do not have serious complications

Key exclusion criteria

1. Patients with a history of abdominal surgery who are judged to have difficulty with endoscopic manipulation
Reason: To avoid technical difficulties caused by adhesions around blood vessels
2. Patients with a BMI of 35 or more who are severely obese
Reason: To avoid complications caused by long-duration surgery and to avoid technical difficulties
3. Patients taking antithrombotic medication
Reason: To avoid postoperative bleeding in the muscle sheath
4. Patients judged by the attending physician to be unsuitable
