To clarify the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

To retrospectively analyze psychological test data and medical information and investigate the relationship between the "compulsive behavior" of OCD and the "repetitive behavior" of ASD, which will likely to contribute to elucidating the difficulties and needs of the patients.

Key inclusion criteria
(1) Sixteen years of age or older attending the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Children's Psychiatry at Shinshu University Hospital
(2) Diagnosed with OCD or ASD according to DSM-5
Key exclusion criteria
1) Those with mental retardation (intellectual disability)
2) Those with a primary psychiatric diagnosis other than OCD or ASD.
(3) Those who are deemed inappropriate by the attending physician.
