The purpose of this study is to develop an online Go program using digital devices and assess the feasibility of the program and its preliminary impacts on cognitive function and mental health.

Participants attend 15 sessions of the online Go program once a week for 30 minutes per session.

nursing home regidents, 65 years of age or older, no previous experience playing the Go game, people who do not use tablet computers on a daily basis
people who receive acute treatment for physhical and psychological diseases, people who are bedridden, people who have the clinical dementia rating slcale of 3.
