Perform a total of four tapping touches.
Conduct a questionnaire survey only at the same time as the initial and final interventions in the intervention group.

No significant differences were observed in occupational stress, workplace adaptation, GHQ-12 scores, or pulse before and after Tapping Touch. On the other hand, when the descriptions of the Tapping Touch experience were categorized using the KJ method, they were divided into four major categories: 'Effects of TT on mind and body,' 'Sensation of the practitioner,' 'Discomfort and ambiguity of effects felt by the recipient,' and 'Potential applications of TT.'
