Narrative objectives1
To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of left bundle branch area pacing and its predictors in heart failure patients with reduced left ventricular systolic function and indications for cardiac resynchronization therapy. The analysis will focus on cases of Left bundle branch-optimized cardiac resynchronization therapy.

Class I, IIa, IIb indications of cardiac resynchronization therapy in JCS/JHRS 2019 guideline on non-pharmacotherapy of cardiac arrhythmias, JCS/JHRS 2021 guideline focused update on therapy of cardiac arrhythmias, and 2023 HRS/APHRS/LAHRS Guideline on Cardiac Physiologic Pacing for the Avoidance and Mitigation of Heart Failure
