The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of verbal feedback, motor learning outcomes, and learners' mental fatigue in the music they listen to during practice, while focusing on the subjects' personalities.
Efficacy
As an outcome of motor learning, performance on a motor task modeled after Boccia will be measured.
In addition, the subjects' personality traits will be measured using the Japanese version of the Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI-J), and handedness will be measured using the Edinburgh Handedness Test.
In addition, the subjects' mental fatigue will be measured using Flicker and the NASA task load index.

vocal-included group: They listen to music with song while practicing the boccia task. In addition, their performance in the boccia task was verbally communicated after each throw.
No-song group: They listened to music without song while practicing the boccia task.In addition, their performance in the boccia task was verbally communicated after each throw.

Male and Female
A college student who has no symptoms that affect his ability to throw a ball.
Those with orthopedic or neurological diseases or sequelae. Those with medical risks such as heart disease. Those with a history of formal Boccia competition.
