This research aims to clarify the effectiveness of improving food literacy, food choices, and intake among school children in the Philippines, as well as the conditions for implementing the program, which supports healthy food choices through education on food and nutrition and the development of a community resource map for food education via participatory workshops with local residents (HFC Mapping Walk).
