People with flat feet measured using Arch Height Index
Male AHI value < 0.310
Female AHI value < 0.290
Key exclusion criteria
Those with lower limb injuries, pain, or comorbidities
Those with a history of foot surgery
Patients with a history of neurological
Persons deemed unable to perform short foot exercises
