The purpose of this study is to build a large-scale multi-omics database that includes "test information and genetic information that have been difficult to quantify until now" in addition to "quantifiable clinical information" of acute symptomatic venous thromboembolism (pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis), in order to realize personalized medicine and precision medicine. In this study, we will use the COMMAND VTE Registry-2 (UMIN000044816), which has already been built and collects epidemiological information, as the base and newly collect "test information" and "genetic information."
