Narrative objectives1
The infusion of local anesthetic in the surgical wound is helpful in the multimodal management of postoperative pain. We hypothesized that local anesthetic wound infusion after cesarean section delivery would provide better pain control than peripheral nerve block (modified thoracoabdominal nerves block through perichondrial approach).

Key exclusion criteria
1. Rejection
2. Allergy to local anesthetics
3. General anesthesia
