Baseline Characteristics

There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of basic attributes.

The participants were randomly assigned to either group using a random number table system at the survey company.

Outcome measures

The primary outcome was "willingness to start weekly self-weighing." Secondary outcomes included perceptions of the flyer: "easy to read" (corresponding to Easy nudge), "attracting attention" (Attractive nudge), " I feel that many workers would weigh themselves" (Social nudge), and "I want to read it immediately" (Timely nudge). Additionally, the participants were asked if the flyer was unpleasant.
