Participants conduct an online training using educational materials, and create a letter to the editor for a medical article. The intervention lasts until the letter submission, requiring approximately 5 hours of work per week for 3 to 4 weeks. During the intervention, researchers ensure that participants can communicate with mentors (researcher) through online communication tools (such as Slack or email). Mentors provide feedback on questions from participants in a chat format within 24 hours and use video conferencing system as needed.

1. Participants who are physical therapists working in a clinical setting at the time of participating in the research
2. Participants who can engage in this study using a PC or tablet, which includes communication with the researcher via email, Slack, or Zoom
3. Participants who can work on understanding medical articles with or without translation software.
1. Participants who have published quantitative studies as the first author, including systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials, cohort studies or case-control studies
2. Participants who are unable to engage in learning using online educational materials
