The purpose of this project is to conduct a questionnaire survey of care managers at in-home care support offices in Takasaki City who are in charge of elderly persons requiring long-term care 1 to 5, regarding the use of monitoring devices for the elderly at home, and to clarify issues related to the introduction of monitoring devices.

Obtain a list of in-home care support offices as of August 7, 2024 from the Takasaki City website and mail a letter of request to the office director, a letter of request to care managers, a research description and questionnaire survey item form.
