Training to maintain an upright sitting posture

Male and Female
Age: Waseda University students aged between 18 and 25 years old
Health: Generally healthy, with no chronic health problems, serious illnesses or musculoskeletal disorders
Posture interest: Interested in their own posture and motivated to improve it
Participation intention: Able to provide written informed consent after being fully explained the purpose, methods, risks and benefits of the study
Receiving reminders: Receiving reminder messages sent via social networking services during the research period.
Serious health problems: If you have a history of heart disease, respiratory disease, neurological disease, or serious musculoskeletal disorders.
Acute or chronic illnesses that are currently being treated.
Past trauma or surgery: Significant trauma or surgery related to the back, hips or neck within the last 6 months.
Pregnancy: Currently pregnant or possibly pregnant (as pregnancy can cause changes in posture and body that may affect the results of the study).
Mental disorders: If you have a serious mental disorder (e.g. severe depression or anxiety disorder).
Drug use: If you regularly use drugs that may affect your posture or musculoskeletal system.
Lack of motivation: If you are not motivated to participate in the study and may not follow instructions.
Communication difficulties: If you cannot communicate as required to follow the study protocol (e.g. language or hearing impairment).
